Understanding the client’s needs & desires site survey integrating & analyzing information.
Scope of the project detailed discussion based on comprehensive study of the project materials and fixtures discussion.
Layout and concept presentation materials and fixture presentation with swatches or mood board.
Finalization of scope of work, BOQ and quotation submission, acceptance of quotation and agreement on financials.
Detailed Drawing submission for site work, material specification, fixtures specification, incorporating changes.
Periodic site reviewing to check quality of work and execution by the contractor as per drawings, execution of work as per time schedule, site supervision as visits discussed and coordination at site.
Handover of the site as per approved drawings, verification of materials and measurements as per BOQ, quality check and approval by the client.
